Arena

100'x200' dirt footing arena with chute and two gates. Announcer's booth, bleachers, and covered gathering area next to the arena.

Clubhouse

720 square foot building with running water, kitchen area, tables and seating, and an attached vaulted toilet room. Perfect for a family event or for holding your clubs meeting.

Grounds

Located on 5 acres in Litchfield, Maine, a short distance from I95 and I295. The grounds include a clubhouse, vaulted toilet, running water, arena, announcer's booth, bleachers, covered gathering area, and plenty of room for trailer parking and camping.

Camping

Primitive camping available free to members. Horses encouraged!

• No water, electric or sewer hookups; no dumping station

Book your event

Grounds are available for booking May through first snow.

• Rental of clubhouse - $50/day

• Rental of clubhouse and grounds (an event not involving horses) - $200/day

• Rental of arena, clubhouse, and grounds for equine event - $250/day or $300/2 day event

• Non-refundable Security Deposit - $50

• Camping - Free (members only)

Insurance requirements: Equine events require an insurance binder naming Maine Trail Riders Association as an insured entity. We can help with this--a binder through our agent is about $100.
